Is AlgoRx legitimate and safe?
Yes. AlgoRx works with licensed U.S. healthcare providers, licensed pharmacies, and CLIA-certified laboratories to provide safe and compliant telehealth services.
Who can use AlgoRx?
You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States.
Do I need a prescription?
Lab Testing: No. A licensed provider signs your lab order.
Medications: Yes. A licensed provider reviews your information and prescribes medication if appropriate.
How long does it take?
Lab Results: Usually 7–10 business days.
Medications: Provider review takes 24–48 business hours. Shipping times vary by medication.
Can I get a refund?
Lab orders cannot be refunded once issued. Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Refunds may be available before shipment or in limited circumstances. See our Refund Policy for details.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Please contact the shipping carrier first, then email sales@algox.us. We’ll assist where possible, but delivered packages are generally not eligible for replacement or refund.
